EDITORIAL
Throughout its 8,000 years of history, wine has been present in many cultural expressions: literature, film, religion, art, and the role of women in society. In order to compile and deepen in all these references, the Vivanco Publishing Housewith the aim of creating reference books on specific subjects related to the world of wine.
Since its creation, it has published seven titlesamong them: Museum of Wine Culture. Architecture, The Wine of the Pharaohs,
The Chalice of Letters, The Cinema of Wine, A Glass for Two: Stories of Women and Wineand two children's books: The Saturnine Starling in the Land of Wine and From A to Z, Wine Culture.
Each work offers a specialised and complementary viewpoint, reinforcing Vivanco's commitment to the dissemination of Wine Culture from multiple disciplines.
SILVERWARE IN WINE CULTURE

Illustrated and annotated catalogue of 104 unpublished pieces of silverware linked to wine, made between the 17th and 20th centuries. A journey through the art of uncorking, decanting and tastingfrom Antiquity to modern winemaking. Published by the Vivanco Foundation in collaboration with the University of La Rioja.
De agricultura vulgare. From Agriculture in Romance
Pietro de Crescenzi - Translation and edition by Angelica Valentinetti Mendi
First Spanish translation of the 14th century wine treatise included in the work Opus ruralium commodorumone of the most influential agronomic references of the Middle Ages. Based on the Venetian edition of 1519, this publication reveals the practices of vine cultivation and winemaking in late medieval Tuscany and the Po Valley. Critical edition based on the copy preserved in the Vivanco Foundation's Documentation Centre.
Architecture of the Museum of Wine Culture
