After a careful harvest by hand, your grapes will spend several days in cold storage in search of the best temperature for vinification. After that, the grapes were hand-selected by hand and then transferred by gravity into small French oak vats....
The different grape varieties from each of the vineyards will ferment separately to preserve the maximum personality.
Principle of minimum intervention. Technology and tradition are combined to ensure maximum respect for the grape and its terroir.

YOUR WINE
Once the rainy, Atlantic 2018 was over, 2019 looked to be a year with fewer unforeseen events. Moderate rainfall during the autumn and winter gave way to a warm spring that favoured early bud break in the vineyard. The summer was dry and hot, offering more opulent wines with more direct and sweet fruit....

Double selection of bunches and berries, with gentle destemming and crushing. Separate vinification of the three varieties. Gravity fermentation in French oak vats, without pumping over. Cold maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts: 25 days for Tempranillo, 21 for Graciano and 27 for Garnacha. Malolactic fermentation in French oak vats. The blending of the wines is carried out before they are put into barrels.Upbringing
